Data Triangulation combines multiple sources, perspectives, and/or research onto a specific goal or project. Benefit from this concept by linking multiple pieces of data to support one conclusion: you are the right candidate for the position.

Claiming to be the right choice for an accounting position and presenting a well-written, achievement-centered resume is a great start to surpassing candidates with unimpressive resumes. Unfortunately, there is a chance your competition may have hired professional help and could thereby have a better “looking” resume.

Triangulation, like a strategized battle, descends on the goal from multiple fronts; far more effective than a single-layer measurement. According to recent studies, hiring managers and executives prefer data triangulation when predicting employee performance. Knowledge can work in your favor.
