BofA is not doing anything that almost every other company has done over the past 15 years. The majority of customer support services are based overseas. Obama has promised to bring jobs back from overseas. I sure hope he does but I will continue to complain to company executives when I get "Steven" on the line at (insert company name here) and he sounds like he's in Bombay.
