Each bank in India, conducts examination and interview for recruitment.
Generally, Bank Clerk Examination consists of four subjects, namely, Test of Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Test of English Language and Clerical Aptitude. But in the scheme of examination prescribed by the State Bank of India there will be six Tests – General Awareness, Reasoning Ability , Quantitative Aptitude, General English and Computer /Marketing , General English is a compulsory subject.
The minimum qualification required is Minimum 12th Standard (10+2) pass or equivalent qualification there of with a minimum 60% marks or A degree from a recognized university with a minimum 40% marks.
