Overall, I think you have a good cover letter. I would suggest a couple changes though.
"I am interested in the teller position posted on the Bank of America Careers website." Removing the word their. The person reading this is a representative of Bank of America and the word their makes it seem like you are referring to some other company.
In the third sentence I would suggest removing "a person who is". The reader will know you are a person.
Generally speaking, you would like to have something to say that shows you have researched the position. However, unless there is some special need that Bank of America requires of it's employees/ tellers that other banks do not, there may not be anything useful to add.
