Ramona Said:

Should we take these high paying jobs from immigrants and give them to our citizens?

We Answered:

I dunno. What's that say about the education system in your country VS the work ethic of your citizens? You can hide under a rock or you can learn to compete and then come out and play with the big boys.

We have the same problem here in the states. Foreigners come in and "take" all of the "good" jobs. You can sit and whine about it, you can push to become isolationist OR you can step up to the plate and beat the standard that's been established. I vote for the latter.

Joel Said:

I received a job offer from Zenith bank plc london is it valid?

We Answered:

I am in the job market and have my resume posted out on line and have gotten job offers like this.
They are scams just like the ones asking you for money, such as they are trying to get personal information from you and all just a scam. I have replied to several asking them to stop sending me scams like these and the emails have come back undeliverable. So what does that tell you?

Timothy Said:

Anyone here work in the financial city of london?

We Answered:

At 18 going into operations role perhaps 20k
Graduate going into any role 30 - 40k
Then the only way is up (or out!)
Front office bonuses can be a LOT
But remember the more you earn the more pressure you'll be under to justify your existence - this is where a lot of stress can come from, especially during leaner times
eFinancialCareers.co.uk is a good place to do your research - the site does a lot more than advertise jobs

Jay Said:

I have Bachelor degree in Finance (India) & MBA (Marketing) from London. R there opportunities for me for job?

We Answered:

You're qualified for any of those fields - go for what interests you. Employers are aware that an MBA is a business degree - marketing is just your specialization within that context - so there's no question that you could handle the financial aspects, particularly with your undergrad degree in finance.
