You are never too old to go to school. Many employers look at older graduates and see someone more responsible and trustworthy, especially if you've got the grades to back yourself up. Your military background should also help assuming you had an honorable discharge.

Anything really. More important to have the right attitude than the academic qualifications.

But a psychology, sociology or business administration degree would come in handy.
