Start the banking position to pay for school to be a phlebotomist!There are multiple job options in phlebotomy-----working in a hostpital, clinc, or for the Red Cross with blood donations; for example. Think hard about it------can you handle poking people, blood, and the tears of little kids? It has to be done, but think about yourself and if you are able to do this. It's a busy job, but a good one!
Banking can offer career advancement and multiple opportunities with schooling, as well.
Research each position and make a list of pros and cons to choose what is best for you!

Not unless you plan on working in the accounting dept. If you're interested in getting into i-banking, your either have to have some connections, or get an MBA from one of the target schools.
