plz comment on the following.?

Very inspirational. I am going through a rough patch at the moment and the speach is exactly what I needed. The major lesson that I learned is that the man clearly does not take credit for himself for the role that the group played in the success that the company achieved. Although he was a major contributor to its success, he shows humility and with that wisdom. This is crealy a turning point for me as he did many decades ago when he went to the library to read up on the suggested papers. His philosophy is similar to mine. I too believe am a custodian, only when I achieve my goals.

Why can't I get an interview?

We Answered:

Applying to 40 jobs may seem like a lot but it's not really. There is a lot of competition in this job market, both from people with only a few years experience up to people with decades of experience. The key is not to become discouraged.

You should try tailoring your resume and your cover letter to each specific job. In other words, match your specific experience and education to the requirements of each job you are applying for. Also, highlight any awards or special recognition that you have received. Show how you have progressed in responsibility from entry level positions to higher level positions.

The absolute best way to get an interview and a job is to be recommended by someone who works for the company you want to interview with. Find a way to meet people through professional organizations or through mutual friends or acquaintances who work for the company you want to be hired by and get them to recommend you. I know this is more difficult than sending out blind resumes but the results are worth the effort.

Good luck!

I want to be rich?? please read?

We Answered:

I don't exactly know what a "high school with a permit" means. In any event, I somewhat disagree that most doctors make "bank." They make a very solid upper middle class income, but not the type of income you are envisioning, and that is the wrong motivation to become a doctor. If you grew up in the hard streets overcoming adversity and are of the ethnicity your name indicates and have the grades you state and also have SAT scores to match, you will likely have a very good chance of being admitted to MIT, Stanford, Harvard and any other highly competitive college you apply to because they vigorously compete for a limited supply of diversity applicants that have overcome obstacles to success and meet their admissions standards. There also is no issue with "scholarships" since at these institutions "scholarships" are based on family income. Essentially, if it is less than $100,000 per year the education is almost free of charge, up to about $250,000 per year, it will be less than going to a public university.

The greatest financial rewards by far are in the field of finance. Specifically investment banking, venture capital, hedge fund management, mutual fund management. Go for simultaneous degrees in [(Bio-Engineering or Electrical/Computer Engineering) and Economics.] Work in the field a few years then go for an JD/MBA specializing in Finance and an associated legal field at a top ranked Business/Law School such as Wharton(Penn), Harvard, Columbia, Chicago, Stanford, or an MBA/Ph.D in Finance at any of these Business Schools and include Sloan(MIT has no Law School.)
Good Luck!

I want to leave my husband of 26 years, should I ?

We Answered:

Why are you blaming him for everything? YOU are 1/2 at fault for the problems in your marriage. I'd be skeptical of an on-line marriage counselor. Just like the one that convinced my husband to file for divorce and then tried to get my non-religous husband to join his church. My husband was depressed because we have been living apart for 2 years. He's working while I'm in a doctorate program. I blame each of us equally for the problems in our marriage and have agreed that while things are not "fine" and "okay" I would not force him to finalize the divorce until we can address our problems TOGETHER with a REUPTABLE counselor.
