Help i have a arraignment tomorrow and ive never been to court are been in trouble before.?We Answered:
For an arraignment the judge will call your case. You and the prosecutor will go up to the front of the court room. The prosecutor will tell the judge the crime you are charged with and will probably say that s/he has no objection to you being out of custody and no bond. (Meaning you are not in jail and the prosecutor is not asking for you to post any money to stay free.)The judge will ask you how you plea. Your answer is: "Not guilty, your honor." You will then be given a projected trial date. You will not go to jail over a bad check.
Either before or immediately after the arraignment you will probably be given you an opportunity to speak with a public defender. Do NOT speak with the prosecutor. You have the right to remain silent. Exercise that right. This is not the time or place to show anyone other than your attorney your evidence.
I honestly don't see this going anywhere. Once the prosecutor gets the information that you have taken care of the debt, I would imagine this will be dismissed. Don't panic and try to stress too much. I know this is easier said than done, but you are just a name on a piece of paper to the prosecutor. This isn't personal. It's also possible to indict a ham sandwich. (A slight exaggeration, but I'm trying to tell you that it is ridiculously easy to file criminal charges against someone.)
Even in the unlikely event you were found guilty for this, there is no way you would do any time at all over a $500 bad check. I'm assuming this is a first offense? It's a hand slap. Of course, you don't want a felony conviction - so you want to fight this. (I just want you to understand that even in the worst case scenario, it's not that bad.)

I have a question about a career in the merchant bankcard business ?We Answered:
It is risky job. You just have know if you're ready to take the risk. Even if it seems lucrative because of the 100% commission thing, it's still up to your skills as a salesman. You should definitely clear all clouds with your employer. If your company is still a start-up company, then struggles are expected. Merchant accounts are challenging to deal with, but you just have to know how when to strike.Luis Said:
can someone help with my resume?? plzz?We Answered:
first off its prolly not a good idea to list all of your contact info like that on yahoo answers lol. second try adding numbers to some of your bullets. such as processed 100 atm transactions. assist 200 teller transactions daily. definitely wanna make your bullets really stand out.personally i'd leave out great customer skills and able to work well under pressure. another thing is dont abbreviate and dont list references. put available upon request.
heres an example of my bullets
from when i worked as an EMT
- Provide medical care from minor illnesses to multiple system traumas to over 24,000 patients in 4 years.
- Obtained vital signs and medical history from 25 patients on average per day.
- Assisted providers in minor and major medical procedures ranging from blood draws to cardiac pulmonary resuscitation.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding information and records of all patients.
you can even make a crappy job like little caesars seem like you did alot such as
-Prepared and served food following specific methods and cook times.
-Cleaned, stocked and restocked various workstations and display cases.
-Took food orders and received payment from customers.
-Verified that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
dont forget a cover letter!!!
