here's a job for you, you can also ask them what it takes for you to become a banker/relationship manager.
I think you also need management degree. though I don't know your qualifications. But if you live in jersey you can apply for the job :)
Or call them up and ask, I think it differs from bank to bank though so I would suggest calling a few places like this up.

Jobs abroad are scarce especially due to heavy recession.
Is any one ready to sponsor your case to USA or UK.
Can that person obtain Job visa or some ready opportunities for you to earn as soon as you land??
Think of all the pros and cons - for leaving the safety of your native country and seek opportunities abroad.
Unless you have someone to take care of your personal needs and accommodations for at least 6 months till such time you secure a good job only than venture out. you should be prepared to do menial jobs till you get a good job to your requirements.
