Just graduated, quit job, and moved out of state with parents, can I collect unemployment?

We Answered:

I wouldnt think so. You now live in a state where you have never worked, plus you quit your last job which they will interpret as you being unemployed by choice. You can apply and you might get lucky, but it is a long shot. You might as well apply for jobs out of state that are related to your degree and then move if you get one. That is a better strategy than collecting unemployment.

Preschool teaching in Southern States - What Qualifications needed?

We Answered:

I live in Wisconsin, I have graduated with a teaching degree and I have learned about licensing, you must have at least a one year degree to teach and preferably a two or four year degree. here you need at least a ECE associates degree. I think you can be a assiant even if you do not have a degree. Most head starts will pay for you to get your certification. I work at a head start and they give us tuition rembrancment. Which is really nice also they give us great benefit. the summer are usually given only for planning as well for the next year! which is nice exspecially for new teachers trying to get their lesson plans in order! Good luck, let me know if you need any ideas or anything! I have tons of resources.

Potential Dolphins draft picks?

We Answered:

Interesting picks. I would rather see them move up the WR priority as Ginn is pretty much always going to be a special teams specialist, Davone Bess is OK but not a premier receiver, Camarillo also has durability issues and there really is no depth in the squad at wideout.

Henne has a rocket arm and can throw long accurately, which we have not had for a long time. We have the run sorted. Ricky's year off means he's probably got another 3 years in the tank, Ronnie will be back good as ever next year and the rebuilt o-line is opening up the lanes well. If we can add someone big with speed who can outrun secondaries and go across the middle from time to time, our throwing/running/wildcat offense could be just scary good. Personally I think letting Chambers go was probably not the best move and letting Welker go was a huge mistake. If we still had both of them, Henne would have been staring down 30 TD's this year.

Dez Bryant or Damian Williams would be a real boon for the Phins if we could trade up for either of them..

LGBT: Need opinions on Alabama for college...?

We Answered:

Are your grades good enough for Auburn? I would assume that the larger schools would have more LGBT students. And, there would be more chance to find a boyfriend, right? ;]
Just try one of the large state schools and you should be fine.

Unemployment benefits?

We Answered:

Just file in the state that she lives in. Do it online and let the UI department sort it out. Here is the link for florida online registration.

Its a bit complicated since her employer was not located in Florida, but they may have paid taxes in Florida. I would start there and see how it goes. Worst case scenario is apply with Alabama. Here is the link for them as well.
