Dear I just want to tell u one thing

"First we Quest for money on the Cost of our Health, then we pay money to regain our health, but that is not possible"

U hv done CCNA n MCP, BPO is good option bt only for IT deptt. No way u sholdnt join it as tele caller(costumer support). If u r having experience of 6 yrs, then u may go for system admin... Should hv enough experience to maintain Windows servers, Microsoft Outlook n Lotus notes etc...

As now u are at 30 and it will not suit to ur health for doing Night shifts... As u hv to change the routine of past thiry yrs, Ur eating n sleeping timings. Mny of my friendz are working in BPO sector from last 4-5 years and they started it just after completing Bacholers Degree... Bt now most of them are feeling that its only good for earning prospectus...

Ur social life will be completly spoiled, even u dont hv time for urself or for ur family.....

Now at this age u must think about ur family and for ur health...

In call center degree hardly matters... u should have good comunication skills... thats it...

U r asking about growth in call center... if u r askng for money then its Quite good...


Its ur Life so u'll always remain with two options... Go ahead
