When you are at an open house like this, it is really part of a job interview. The rule of thumb for a job interview is always dress at least as professionally as they do to work every day, if not one step higher. So if at the call center they are causal (levi's and t shirts) then you can probably get away with dockers and a golf shirt. If they are business causal, you should wear a tie. If they are business dress, you should wear a suit (including jacket). It never hurts to look better. Unless they tell you otherwise, I would go for a suit.
