It sucks!Your managers watch everything.
Average call time, time on hold and time off line.
The sales quotas are so hard to meet there is major pressure on every call. You really have to lie to the customers and hope they don't figure it out before they get done with the Third Party Verifier.
It is hard to sleep at night because of the guilt of scamming customers into things they really don't need.
