By "those job search sites" I assume you mean like careerbuilder.com and monster.com?

These are valid sites, and when I was job hunting, I did get a few interviews through there. From what I understand, the company I currently work for also sources through monster.com.

Well I found this new site called http://www.Jobpersy.com


It's a 100% Free Job Site for Job Seekers and Employers.

It's a new site. But It says if you sign up and create a profile, it will automatically match you with jobs when a Employer posts them or a Job seeker puts up their resume for their requirements.

Pretty much both parties are sent emails when there are matches in both criteria.

So all you have to do is sign up and setup your criteria, you really don't have to upload a resume, but if you have one, its a plus.

And the nicest thing is that this site is 100% Free!

I haven't found any other job sites that are Free for Employers and Job Seekers to use.
