I personally prefer the ACT to the SAT (I've only taken the ACT, not the SAT but I did take PSAT so I base my opinion off that). The ACT's hardest part for you would be math, since the math goes up to trig (just use best guesses). I know in Missouri there is a bright flight scholarship for a couple thousand a year if you get at least a 31 or 32 on the ACT (other states and colleges probably have similar things with ACT and SAT).

Whatever test you choose to take, you might not like, but you can always try the other test later in high school.
