Most agencies currently post their drug use policies for hiring on their websites. It is easy to find out.
The polygraph is more about detecting a liar than what it reveals. Those minor transgressions of the law while you were under the age of 21 are not likely to hurt you....too much. And as time goes on, the less they will hurt you.
