I like Option #3 best. Option #1 could also work if you make it less about being afraid of being attractive to the opposite sex (admissions officers generally don't want you to get that personal) and more about becoming comfortable in your own skin. Unless you can come up with a better motivation for wanting to be a banker than "it's easier and makes a lot of money" (which not only suggests that you haven't looked that deeply into how much work is required to be a successful banker, but that you're not willing to work very hard in your classes), I'd stay away from Option #2.
