Why do you want the cosmetology license if you want to get into a career that requires college and graduate school?
If you know for sure you want to go to college, get into all academic courses. You'll be a more attractive and prepared applicant. Not taking all the high school level science courses will make all the college level science courses you'll need to take to apply to Dental school much harder.

When you take the SATs they allow you to send scores to a few schools for free, use those for the schools you know you want to apply to. After that you have to pay to send extra scores, so wait until you are sure to do that. SAT scores get sent straight to the schools, so you can send in the rest of your application and send the scores once you get them. Make sure you leave enough time before application deadlines to get the materials in.
