Melissa Said:

What should I do with the rest of my life? I'm trying to pick a major. I love elderly people, and have?

I definately think you should manage or do something with assissted living care/ nursing home. I not manage, do something with patient care or something. I'm not sure what major those fall in so you will have to do some research. Maybe go to a local nursing home (especially one that you would like to work at) and ask them what major would be good, etc. (try and talk to the manager since you would like that position). Ask them what schooling the need, or if you could at that moment, job shadow them. Job shadowing is a good experience and i'm sure you'd learn from it.
While in college/ taking the course online/ whatever you'll be doing it'd be a good idea to at least work at the place you'd like to manage and that way when you get your degree you'll have a gist of how everything runs there and you can just ask to move up in a position and they will have seen your work ethic, etc.
