Career Change For Nurses
Harold Said:
NURSES: Is it wise to change my career to become one?We Answered:
hello!im a senior in high school so i do PLENTY of research on the nursing field, as i will become one too! well, many nurses that i know very well and spoke to have LOVED their jobs. they love how they can switch to different departments like pediactrics, intensive care, etc. they can also do part time work at, lets say for example, laser hair removal office. the working hours are also very reasonable. when you need extra cash, all you need to do is just work for an extra 4 hours! also, with the economy, nurses are not likely to get laid off. i dont think it will be hard for a male like yourself to become a nurse. just be confident in what you do and dont worry about what people think. good luck :)

Am i to old to change my career? We Answered:
When I went to Nursing School, there was a woman in her late 70's that always wanted to be a nurse.........she graduated an RN with flying colors.......Hope that helps.Just apply at your college that has the nursing program. Talk with the financial aid office, they can help guide you to what to do first. God bless.
