What should I say during a volunteer interview regarding change? We Answered:
Lol...you should...any other reason would be lieing?Clyde Said:
career change..?We Answered:
Shoot for the better pay and benefits vs. comfort and close to home. The pay may offset the distance as well.
You can't beat an offer of health benefits.
Also, if ever a tooth ache - look no further, although it can't be used as an excuse to not go in-if you know what I mean ;-)
You're still in the Customer Care field - accept for the possibility of interfacing with ;-( those in pain?? But, I'm sure you have compassion.
Otherwise, it sounds like a great opportunity and who knows, mobility can be possible, Medical biller's and Healthcare office management pay is good-you could be promoted!
I wish you Lots of Success!

Career Change?We Answered:
Awesome: you do not need all the education you have to make a huge living, I am a finance director for a Dodge dealership and the income is enormous. I never had any college and I make more money than any graduate. But the fact that you have that in your back ground you will be loved in the auto industries and you have no bad habits to bring to the table. Contact your local dealers and tell them about your education and that you are looking for a career change and do they have a entry level finance positon. But you would in time like to become a finance director. Entry level positions are about 5000.00 to 7000.00 dollars. Directors are making 10,000.00 to 20,000.00 dollars. These do include bonuses. But go to the major dealers. Just continue on the track for finance. Good luckHarry Said:
got a job interview don't know what to say when they say why do you want a career change? We Answered:
Say that you realised it was not your dream and although you tried your best you got everything you possibly could have out of that industry; it was not for you and you have decided to move on to something that has caught your eye for some time. You feel a business environment is more for you and although a trainee mortgage adviser doesn't seem to be much of a leap, it's a very big step for you and provides you with what you need to move up to better roles - you are ambitious and determined.Jessie Said:
How to explain career change in an interview? We Answered:
Its tough, they may or may not have this view, likely they will, their job is to hire someone to make them money, bar none. I recommend honesty, if you lie or stretch the truth, someone trained to interview can usually pick it up. At the least, they will know that you are dealing with a straight shooter. I've told interviewer straight up, I needed more money, or I felt used and abused with no way out or up. You can go the whole passion rote, but they will probably see that as you being either selfish, or flighty: you get bored quick and have the kahunas to change. Either way, its bad.
