Omit your date of birth. If you get an interview, you can let them know that you're old enough to have a work permit.

Career Objective: To secure a position where my strong work ethic and willingness to learn will make me an asset to the company and offer opportunities for advancement.

Instead of Employment History, use "Experience." You can list any work you've done -- volunteer work, lawn care for your neighbors, child care, whatever.

If your achievements are academic or socially relevant, list them. Otherwise, don't include them. You're not shopping for a fraternity, you're looking for a job. Employers want to know that you're focused, dedicated, willing to work, and ready to commit to their ideals.

In your Hobbies and Interests section, be specific about what sort of challenges you seek, and omit "having a great time." It sounds as though you like to party -- not something an employer wants to hear.

If your "About Me" section is work related, great. If not, don't include it. It doesn't belong on a professional resume.

For references (not referees) just say: Available upon request.

I hope what I've offered doesn't sound too harsh, but you're moving from school into the business world, and things operate differently in corporate America.

As long as you don't lie on your cv you can make any duty sound more important. All jobs need a certain amount of dedication (which it looks like you have plenty of) and with promotions always comes more responibily. Never sell yourself short, you may think you just did your job, but in order to do your job you would have changed the way certain things were done to suit you, which means you re-engineered store systems to help them run more efficiently its easy to find things once you think about what you did. (they may ask you about them at interview so be ready). There are plenty of free websites out there which can help you write a cv.
