What does being a cost accountant entail? Alot of numbers or more logical thinking?

We Answered:

Cost accountants do a lot more financial analysis with ratios, trending, stats etc than regular accountants.... a math and stats person fits perfectly into the mold.... from my experience most cost accountant types are in the realm of financial planning/budgeting for companies

Timothy Said:

How can I change my career ? Can you help me?

Ronnie Said:

Will statistics careers be as popular in the next decade?

We Answered:

Someone has to design the devices and computers, understand that type of math as well as math related to computers, and then someone has to write the programs. I don't see statistics careers being less popular, but if by some chance it does, a person with that background will always be able to find a job requiring intelligence skills. I don't see statistics becoming obsolete until something better comes along, and for something drastic to make it become obsolete in the next ten years, I think we'd all be in trouble job wise.

How many people strive to write their own book?

We Answered:

I heard someone say, in your life write a book, plant a tree, construct something original. I too have ambitions to write, but I can't by myself. I am trying to persuade my oldest son to delete the crummiest verbal farts of my brain, add about 1/3 of His best words then let my dad do the same with His best. maybe between the 3 of us we can produce a thing somebody would want to read.
