Dear Mr. Fiddle,
I am seeking employment with an equal opportunity employer for the position of Nursing Assistant in Aged Care or Personal Care. I have recently completed my training for my Certificate 3 and wish to pursue my career with a company that will further advance my skills in my Vocational Placement. My skills include performing tasks unsupervised, punctuality, and loyalty. I work well under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner or by specified dead line. I enjoy the field of nursing care and wish to further my skills to becoming a Registered Nurse. I believe my loyalty to your company would make me a valuable asset to you and fellow employees. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to talking with you.

Mr. Fiddle:

Having recently completed my Certificate 3 in Aged Care I am very interested in seeking employment as an Assistant in Nursing or any related positions such as a Personal Care Assistant. Having excelled in my Vocational Placement, I am positive this is the career path I wish to pursue. I am very reliable, honest and posses the ability to work under pressure--all qualifications that would make me a wonderful employee for your company.

I would like find gainful employment where I may utilize my education, while furthering my skills as I work on becoming a Registered Nurse. Therefore I am looking for an employer who is willing to nurture me as I study, and in return I will offer my loyalty to your facility far into the future!

I look forward to future discussion about my possible employment

Hope that helps. You should close it off with a really great resume and some contact information
etc. Just whatever you do--make sure you have the attitude that you are the right person for the job and that they can't continue on without hiring you. In a way you have to sell yourself!!! haha and make sure they know what you can offer them!
