I say Associates Degree with certificates in diverse areas (Accounting, medical terminology, customer service, front office, icd-9, etc) that will give you more options and more knowledge

While accounting is a great profession supply chain management is definitely a growing profession. This is especially true when you can fully optimize a companies supply chain and implement lean supply chain practices.
