I made a complete 180 degree change. After I got out of the military I went to work for a friend as an electrician. Pay was descent but not rewarding. I went back to school for Nursing and am completely glad I did. Im in mid 20s and did it, so its never to late.

So many times I've lost direction entirely. I don't know what I want to do with my life, all I know is that I enjoy jobs that aren't well paid, but an capable of jobs that are well paid so I always end up in a job I don't like chasing money. I hate my current job so much it is untrue, so I enrolled on a c++ course so I can go into IT but I am hating that too so far.
I would advise learning a new language (for me it's spanish currently) as that can prove invaluable in both working and home life.
I'm on a course in january for plumbing, i'm doing a month long beginners course but if I enjoy it I might just take it up full time.

The most difficult thing is thinking of something you want to do, and then realizing you have the potential to achieve it. The courses and qualifications will take care of themselves once you have belief.

ACK! So many spammers! Have you tried going into business for yourself? You know two other languages which would be a great asset to people in business. I'd go that route if you can read and write and speak those languages fluently. Businesses are always looking for multi language people to help them with international communications. I'd focus in on that. That could be a real money maker if you find that market and sell your skills to it. Good luck!

You can go to college and do whatever else it is you want to do. Modeling can be on the side almost like an extra-curricular activity. My advice is that until you know you will go far in modeling, you shouldn't drop school or your actual job. You sound like you may be a great model, but fashion is one of the toughest job industries out there. BTW... models don't have to (and usually don't) go to fashion school :)... just go buy a bunch of fashion mags and study up haha
p.s. 21 isn't old in modeling if you don't look 21. When trying to book a job, just make sure you look fresh!
