A career in sales. I'm thinking about changing careers. I'm now a Dental Hygienist and my hand is killing me.?We Answered:
Jeanmarie:1. How do you know you're good at sales? Have you done it before and switched careers to become a Dental Hygienist?
2. Carpal tunnel syndrome or just burnt-out?
3. NEVER attempt to pursue a career in Pharmaceutical Sales. From your response to someone's question, it sounds like you HATE the profession and the pharmaceutical industry. DENTAL SALES is no different. Also, if you think your hand hurts now, wait until your feet hurt in sales!

Thinking of changing my career, is it too late?We Answered:
It's never too late, no. I had a family member who is 64 years old and he just changed jobs (granted, he didn't change his entire career but his new jobs requires a lot of new information and learning). If it's what you want to work toward, then I say go for it.
