How To Change Your Career At 40

Interested in college at 40 years old? ?We Answered:
You're never too old to go back to school to learn something new..Age is just a number.. plus you're bound to do well with your life experience to help you during class discussions. :)
The fact is you're doing it and that in itself is a great accomplishment in itself.. Be proud.
My mother went back to school in her 40s..and has a job she enjoys now. :)
I also know a 62 year old who is finishing up his Master's Degree next semester.
Good luck and have fun, you can teach us young people plenty :)

How much of your time at work do you feel that you actually work?We Answered:
PeppyThat is such an interesting question! I work extremely hard but if I am honest I don't have quite enough to do otherwise I wouldn't be here :-)
I bet (and its only a wild guess) that in the majority of cases we give no more than 50% to an employer (in an office based job that is) I suppose as long as we get away with it then so be it.

Surely you have a neighbor or one of your parents or grandparents friends who you can interview in person. That would be much better than a stranger on the Web.Kent Said:

Get ahold of me via my email address on my profile. I'll work with you on this. From your questions, I can tell you're serious so I'll help out. I'm 48 and have experienced mucho in life......11 presidents, the cold war, vietnam, woodstock...the whole bit......Update: I'm almost done with your questions in Email. I had to take a break because my eyes were literally "glazing" over......will finish it up this morning and email it back to you with the answers as best as I could give you. If you need followup, just let me know....
