For flexibility, working from home is ideal. There are a few work-at-home jobs that are legitimate, including a number of call centers that hire work-at-home agents for customer service or sales.

The pay depends on the project you’re working on. Customer service usually pays less than sales, and talking with consumers usually pays less than talking with businesses. And they provide the training.
