Need To Change Career

John Said:

I need a career change need advise of what field would be good?

We Answered:

OK, to be honest you seem a bit picky, but with that said, my suggestion would be working in a customer service center (call center) where you deal on the phone a lot. I am sure there would be some problem solving involved, but it fits most of your desired areas. Starting you own business would be another idea, but that would require a specific business and some type of startup capital. Good luck.

Need a career change, anyone know how to get a creative job?

We Answered:

Why don't you set up your own business that's related to music and using your creativity? It's better than getting qualifications to enter the Marketing or Advertising fields.

I need a career change bad. How do I get in to Aircraft Avionics sales ?

We Answered:

I work as an "Aviation Specialist" (or Account Executive) at Blue Star Jets in New York. I am happy there as they have given us excellent training and it is a very unique, special product. I am not sure where you live but if you live where they are hiring you could look into this. Otherwise, there are always local charter companies that try to sell their aircraft and or lease their aircraft. This is a huge industry now with plenty of career options. Good luck!

I need a career change any advise?

I think you need to analyze what it is that you want to do and then go do it. You can take all the factors that you like and don't like about your current job like you seem to have stated and find one that you will be best at. I'd recommend "What Color is Your Parachute" as a good referrence book. Here's some web sites that might help:

http://jobsearch.about.com/od/careeradvi… <- This site has some great career changing advice. For example things to watch out for, etc.

http://www.msugf.edu/studentlife/CareerS… <-- Not all of these are good, but the ones that are might help you. I've explored these and they helped me select what I ended up doing as a teacher.

Your local state employment department will have additional sites and helps for you. I recommend you check with them.

Next, you will need to find a new job that meets your criteria. Again, check with your state employment department, but ONLY has a starting point. It would be best for you to identify who you'd like to work for and go interview them (See "What Color is Your Parachute".

Good luck in your quest.
