Resignation Letter Career Change
Natalie Said:
Working on a resignation letter (teaching), pointers? We Answered:
That's perfect. You do not need to state your reasons for leaving, it's a personal choice whether you do or don't; most people don't.
Just sign it off with a print and signature of your name and the date you're handing the letter in to them.

Worried about a stupid career move I made when I was 17?We Answered:
You will be just fine. Just don't put that job on your resume. The reason you got this letter is because the company has procedures in place to protect themselves from people filing unemployment. You were ineligible for unemployment because you abandoned the job. They needed to make sure you were aware of that to follow company procedure. It doesn't show up on a background check (a background check shows credit, criminal history, etc).
Tanya Said:
Does anyone think my boss likes me?We Answered:
Oh, he definitely likes you. His next move will probably be to ask you out. But you have to ask yourself this: Do you like him too??Chris Said:
Would you submit your job resignation prior to a possible job offer? We Answered:
It is usually better to wait until you have a firm job offer in writing. However if the workplace has become unbearable and you can afford to be unemployed for a while it may be the best answer to resign and really focus on finding a position that suits you. Should I leave my job?We Answered:
Find another job before you quit this one.Frank Said:
Whatcha think of my resignation letter? We Answered:
I would find out from your HR department if they have exit interviews. If so, just state the basics in your resignation letter and give the more detailed reasons in your exit interview. Most good companies want to know why good employees are leaving. Also, you never know when you might need a reference. I think it is good that you offered to help train your replacement. I would not mention any details about your hours at the new job... it really isn't any of their business.Kay Said:
Is my letter of resignation ok?We Answered:
It is good. The fact that you are even giving her a little is special. Like me, I just walk out without giving noticesanswer mine please http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my;_ylt=AjFf…
