College Admissions Resume: Do I need to emphasize my education or my career? We Answered:
Definitely change it. Put all education information on top, including GPA and test scores, and then job info underneath. Don't forget community involvement, activities -- anything relevant that would get you in.Glen Said:
I am an ER RN and want to get into Pharmaceutical sales, how should I format my resume? We Answered:
Most of the briefing I have gotten and such advised against having your resume professionally written. I disagree. My resume was making the phone ring, no question, but when I had it professionally crafted the phone rang less, but I got a lot more quality. The advantage to having it done is that they know what key words and phrases the employers and the computer screening programs are looking for. They can target your resume accordingly and you will be very happy. I was happy with the service I used, feel free to email me if you would like a referral. The did a fantastic job.I only bring this up because I wasted a lot of time trying to craft my resume, now that is has been professionally crafted, I am getting more quality interviews.
