Not sure what you are looking for here. Although if you are trying to figure out what Career you should be in or what you need to get into a specific career. I found that the local College resource center is excellent. You can make an appointment with a Career councilor or you can look through their books. The book I found interesting was a list of all the programs available and the average starting salary and how many graduates got a job after graduating. This helped me to decide what to go into. It was important to me to get into a field that was hiring and had a good starting salary. I also found my own little niche where my personality and skills I enjoyed would fit into it as a career.
I found going to a career councilor helped a lot because she was experienced in dealing with people and knew all the various careers available (some I hadn't even thought of). Some places even have a test they do that tells you what Career would best suit you.
The Employment Insurance website has some Career development sections as well.
