Depends on what state your are in or intend to live in after you finish college. If you are willing to move (and need to), I recommend Real Estate Attorney. The reason I mentioned moving is that you want to be in a state that is considered an "Attorney State". NY, NJ and IL are a few I know of off the top of my head that are atty states. Real Estate agents are not at all supportive of the use of attorneys in transactions in non-atty states and unfortunately have a lot of influence over their clients where this is concerned. Regarding zoning and development, there are a small number of jobs in this field so the positions are scarce. One other thing to consider as a RE Atty, you may want to focus heavily on corporate relocation - no matter how bad the market, the corporate moves are always happening.
