How can i figure out a career path to go, i need to speak with a career counselor need help!!!?

We Answered:

I would say sit down and think of basics. Does health care interest you, law, sciences, administration. Think and then narrow it down but dont say "oh that too much work" think , " oh ill study for that" the skys the limit. just hold down a job while u study... or maybe try night school =)

How Can I Figure Out What To Do?

We Answered:

Oats has the perfect answer for career advice. You have to remember that you will be doing whatever for soooo many years that it doesnt matter if you are earning a heap of money...it does not buy happiness.
You are not meant to 'be' something. If the idea of that many years of study already daunts you then you are not meant to do that course. You should be loving what you are doing (most of the time) You could just float for a little while longer and do some courses in the meantime. That way you might just be finding something that you enjoy enough to make a career out of.

CPAT TEST Has anyone ever taken it?

We Answered:

I haven't ever heard of it, but here's info on it: http://www.testprepreview.com/cpat_test_…

This link has a link to a free study guide.http://www.studyguidezone.com/cpattest.h…

I don't think it's like the SAT & ACT. Those are for colleges and they are competitive. The CPAt seems to be for trade schools, and it's just to make sure you know enough to be able to do the work. You're not competing with anyone.

I need some advice with a career choice...?

We Answered:

You are actually not qualified to work in social work, so unless you were going to go on for additional training this would not even be an option for you. IA is becoming less prominent in H.S. but becoming more a feature in technical colleges. You might look at this as an option. You might consider computer repair rather than the programming side (and or building computers for people).
