To make a living and profit by cutting people's hair to the customer's satisfaction.

We Answered:

In the absence of any replies, I am happy to pass on some observations (in good faith, and NOT as an insider!) having worked with some Accenture people in two different companies over 10 years.

Work:life balance - poor, as long hours are normal
Career development and training - good, plenty of scope to experience different clients.
Work environment - mostly client sites, but their own places are top flight
Salaries - top range for those good enough
Turnover - not sure, but they "bottom-slice" the least successful 10% I believe (i.e. sack them).

As a client, I think they are about as good as consultancies get, with some very talented people. Very pricey, but the best usually is. The individuals are very 'driven' to succeed.
