Laurie Said:

What career should I go into?

We Answered:

This is the best advice you'll get, no matter how pompous that sounds.

Wait. Don't make any decision on career path until your Junior year of college (or later).

So, your working on an associates degree. I took the same path. Work on getting an academic transfer, Associate of Arts in my neck of the woods. To do this you need to have absolutely no idea where you are going or what you want to do, you just spend two years loading up on generals, history, music, speech, biology, Algebra. If you do these classes at a community college and then transfer you will have given yourself time to learn about what you will possible want to major in and saved a whole bunch of money compared to the kids who spent four years at the University/College.

Morale of the story: take general education classes and wait it out.

Technical support

Pay $12-$14 per hour

Apply at www.comcast.com, look for career. They got excellent promotion benefit as well as other benefit.

I figured if you knock off bunches of customer's question more than other, you get better likeliness to get promoted to a higher level.

The lowest ranking in technical support is pawn of the customer service. Any tough questions get past the pawn will be answer by higher position.
