You're right about psychology and child development. You would be fine with those. Does your school have sociology or ethics? Learning Spanish would be helpful. Depends on what job helping people with disabilities you might want. If you want to go into something medical-related take science and math which you probably have to anyway. The basic high school curriculum is broad and prepares the way for almost any career.
