They accept you into their agency?

We Answered:

Cool - but what's really the question? If they accept people into their agency? Presumably they do.

How would I enter into game development?

We Answered:

The main pipeline for non-game developers at the moment seems to be getting a good collage degree and interning for free. Once you'vee interned once or twice you should have the experience to get in.

Another option is go to a sister company. Like a company that does art for moves or games but not games itself. Then make the switch a couple of years later.

The third option is to get into modding and develop a huge undeniably good portfolio on the web with your art and your resume. Each time your art improves don't be afraid to throw away old stuff. One bad piece of art can turn people away.

Also make sure you join linked in and gamasutra.as they automatically look for you if you set it up right.

The easiest companies to get into may be some startups because professionals are more wary of those and also don't know about them. They have a hard time finding suitable people.

BTW: Many companies will accept sub 2+ years if the candidates are good.
