GCSE options, UK! Police Officer?

We Answered:

You can not take law at GCSE only at A-level. I Just started college and I didn't have an option for law at GSCE, but I am aware that after I left High school , Everything changed, So you might be in luck, but I doubt it.
What kind of Police Officer are you looking for? PE may be a good option if your wanting to be out and about?

Read my Navy Officer Motivational statement?

We Answered:

As someone who has been there and done that, as well as helped several others I would say you need to cut about half of what you are talking about. The Navy doesn't care what you want to do after the Navy, we want to know what you have that makes you the best fit for the Navy, not how the Navy can help you to run your own company. You need to speak to your leadership abilities and not with generic statements. If I were on a board, the impression this leaves me with is: "This guy doesn't really want to be a Naval Officer, he wants to be a software developer, so let him be a software developer. Next!" We need people who want to be in the Navy, and are willing to put themselves at the tip of the spear, your statement reads such that you just want the Navy to boost your resume and provide you with some leadership skills, focus on what you bring to the table, not what you can take away from it. You have to make the board think this way "Damn, if we don't take this guy, we are going to be losing a hugely valuable asset, we need him. You currently make it sound as you need the Navy not the other way around.
Mechanics wise, here are a few tips to improve your statement: don't use the words "I believe" use I know or I am(I believe indicates that you are not confident in your statement). Don't talk about your respect for the military, that is pointless (it should be a given). I would be happy to help you further tweak your statement.

Child Investment in India?

We Answered:

Sir,

You have got some very specific set of questions, which in my view require a detailed solution. The answers to these can not be objective in nature. I am an IRDA recognised agent of LIC of India. And I am very keen to work on this planning with you. Be rest assured, I will surely have some valuable suggestions to offer.

If interested, we can discuss in detail on bhushansheth@gmail.com

Any ideas on what I should do after high school?

We Answered:

Do what you love!!! :)
Get a piece of paper and list everything that makes you happy! It can be the smallest of small to the biggest of big, write anything that comes to mind. You'll be surprised with what you end up with. After making your list, link/relate it to an activity, lifestyle, or career choice. It may or may not be easy, give it little time, maybe a little research into careers, and eventually you'll discover what you TRULY want.

Hope I helped!

i'm a mechanical engineer (fresher). what are d prospects for me in frieght forwarding industry?

We Answered:

Working as a business development officer for a freight forwarding company is not mechanical engineering. I would suggest you:

Look for something closer to your field
Look for something that doesn't require you to be good at spelling.

Discuss It!
