Career development form :( i have to fill this in by tomorrow and i'm stuck on one question! PLEASE HELP!!We Answered:
Think about what your current position offers to the company. What kind of an impact does your position provide? Are you the first voice a customer hears? Are the first impression of the company? If you're the receptionist, I'm sure you do alot of customer service, first impression type of work. Let them know that in the next 6 months you plan on continue doing receptionist work, providing the best customer service possible and representing the company by making a great first impression for the consumer...something like that. :)Daniel Said:
I can't tell if this is a sales insurance job in disguise? We Answered:
The workers who they call "consultants" are probably independent contractors, not employees, but otherwise you are basically correct.
