Career confusion...?? what to choose?????We Answered:
i think with ur educational background it'll be good if u try hardware and networking, which also has mcse and ccna. these qualifications are well to get a job. and then continue with cisco's other certifications like cwna, ccnp etc. which has a good demand in market. with this join a correspondence degree course or regular low grade colleges which didn't bother abt ur attendance. i think graduation is not imp if u have good knowledge and experience in mcse & ccna. but i think u should do it..it helps in good jobs and for growth....if u have any question further ask me...Frances Said:
Do IT workers feel isolated in their jobs?We Answered:
It really depends on the workplace as far as career development (training), communication (departmental/inter-departmental), and job satisfaction goes, since I've seen anything from wonderful to dismal and I"ve worked in IT at Fortune 500 and medium sized companies.Even work/balance issues can depend on the corporate culture, since some companies realize you have a life and don't expect you to be on 24 hour call, but others don't. In job interviews if you can, ask what the expected work hours are per week, and if they have on-call hours, and how on-call hours are handled (24 hours a day, weekend coverage, switching weekends with others in the department). I had one company admit that the minimum work hours were 50 hours plus quite a bit of on-call hours. I wondered, if that was their minimum, can you imagine what their maximum was??

do i have written this text correctly? We Answered:
In today's world, inequality exists in the workplace because women usually receive lesser salaries than men. This in itself is a problem of discrimination that needs to be addressed.History has recently brought more freedom for women in regards to voting, holding a job, etc, but discrimination against women still exists. It is most unusual to find women in jobs with high pay, good benefits, and a safe job. The unemployment rate has always been higher for women.
Men and women tend to work in different sectors of the economy and hold different positions within the same occupational group. There is a tendency for women to be employed in a narrower range of occupations than men and are more likely to work part-time or short-term contracts. They also face more obstacles to achieving promotions and developing their careers. The conclusion here is that inequalities still exist.
I think that this is a problem that affects the whole world and should be solved because it allows discrimination to exist.
