Neither....I would go with a catchy acronym that describes the services you provide. I wouldn't make it sound too business like...like a for profit and I wouldn't put "community" in the name as it implies that it's owned by broke people for broke people. Maybe something with educational/development services might be better. Just my opinion

It looks like you have the basics of what you want. You have stated what characteristics he has that inspire you to be a better person. The list of his achievements seem worth noting, If you can find any personal stories about him then that could be something to add.
You might also ask yourself what about him inspires you specifically, and what decisions you have made that were inspired by him and how that has changed you for the better.
You might see if you can include quotes from other people in reference to him (kinda like the little quotes on the back of a book or the inside of a book cover, or from the back of a video cover)
Finally, since he inspires you to be a costume designer, explain what styles, fashions, color combinations, etc... you will use and how it was inspired by him.

I dont like any of those choices to be honest with ya. Numbers 1, 5, and 11 dont sound professional at all. You said your business is going to be geared towards educational and career counseling so why not call it "Education and Career Counseling" then you can go ahead and make it an LLC and you are set!
