How to work for Bath and Body works?

We Answered:

Go onto the website and see if there are any job opportunaties in a store near you. What you need to do is very wide open. (During your shift you pretty much do what needs to be done not a specific job). You clean, you work cash register, you put stuff on the shelves, you work sales. etc.

Sara Said:

What is the most lucrative area of Food Science?

We Answered:

I would go for Food Safety/Food Microbiology. Over the past 10/15 years this area has become more fore-front in the Food Retail Industry.

And it covers such a wide variety that if you get into the right job position for you, no two days will be the same. If you go into these areas also try to get into going outside the Labs. This is where you meet the people at Base Levels, like Food Factories and Shops. It will surprise you some of the things and practise's that people get into doing and the training that they are given. It could be a good Career move with an upward ladder. Salaries at present within this area for a person starting out could be in the region of £22,000 depending on your company.

What to do about my 'career'?

We Answered:

Take inventory of your skill sets, define what it is you want to do relative to them, determine its value relative to the business, create a job description that matches exactly what you want to do, create a contract offering your services, and present your proposal to management seeking to be hired in this capacity on a contract basis where you are paid for your work and performance, with a quarterly performance evaluation that compensates you accordingly (if your performance increases, they agree to pay you more).
