Yes. I noticed that too, if you take a career break for personal development, they will surely ask why. At the same time they will have doubts about your stress level.

My opinion is that you go for your personal development once you are ready make sure that you are getting back into the same line as you are previously in. If you do a total switch, they will surely doubt about your abilities and at the same time will try to pay you as little as possible because you might not have the relevant experience which i do think that its totally ridiculous because not every experience is stand alone.

ok you had a lot of questions 1. my mother has been a headstart teacher for 20+ years. my little girl went to head start and i finally seen what they really do for the children and i wanted to do the same. i had different jobs but none in the childcare field. 2. i work were we are open from 6-6 we feed the meals a day change lots of diapers. lots of crying and lots of snotty noses. the kids take naps. we teach them some stuff and we play games. 3. well i dont have anything yet but im working on my cda. 4. very little but if you have to travel they either give you a company car or you count your millage. 5. high school dep. or a ged. 6. the kids smile when they found out that they can do something. the hugs you get and even the snotty nose kisses. 7. i really just all depends. but i dont know of a good paying child care place. you have to really love your job to do it cause your not in it for the money(cause you dont make a lot) 8. we get payed holidays 401k personal leave a discount on insc. and some other stuff like if schools are closed for bad weather we still get payed for that day. 9. you fell like your head is going to explode. belive me by the end of the day you know haw to count from 10 to 1. hope that i could help you . i hope that you like working with young kids because you are the onethat start things in stone. my mom has adults coming up to her that she had in headstart and give her hugs and just say thanks.
