yes. you need to have a good bank account though - as in not incurred charges, not had cheques bounced, etcyou also need to be training for one of a list of specified careers - vet, doctor, lawyer, etc.
Beware of taking out all the loan at once as well - the interest is shocking. ask if they can let you have so much each month. this also curbs your spending
