This is a hard one to answer. Foreign policy, human rights and economics have got nothing in common. Human rights protect equality and a minimun welfare level that´s not compatible with some models of growth in which profits are high and salaries are low for long periods of time. Foreign policy is more related to imports and exports linked to non economic relationships. I´d use some maths models and would include a variable & to define policy makers ideology.

Business development, project management, construction, politics, jobs with the councils, finance, journalism, erm quite a wide variety. But I advise you not be too ambitous as with the job market graduates are having to start lower down in the field.
