However, there are two large factors involved in this:
1. Where you are located? Are you in a location with a lot of demand for good developers? I'd kill for a good junior developer who knows C# (we're in Canada).
2. How good are you?

If you're good, and near here, you'd be making that by the end of the 2nd year - and we're not a bluechip company - we're a small enterprise.
