You need a degree (BSW) in Social Work. To get a job in Canada it has to be a MSW.

Look at the evening news and long term outlook for jobs.... Doesn't look to good does it.... There will be less opportunities for the psych stuff.... If you really like working with people go into nursing.... All that human Development fluff is going to be cut by private employers as well as industry.....
